Boarding Information
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
- While COVID restrictions are in place, bookings are ESSENTIAL for all services. Book your seats online.
- For Nelson Bay departures. Our pre-boarding waiting area is located in front of the Dolphin Watch Cafe at 40 Victoria Parade. Please check-in with our Crew on arrival.
- For Tea Gardens departures. Ferry wharf is located at 93 Marine Drive, across from Tea Gardens Hotel. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure.
- Journey is 1 hour each way (30 mins across the bay, 30 mins up the Myall River).
- We accept EFTPOS on board.
